In preparation for Free RPG Day, I put in an order to Indie Press Revolution. So, we now have a selection of the finest independent RPGs on the shelf.
At 7:00 – 8 hours after they arrived – I got a box of stuff that FedEx failed to tell me they delivered at my neighbors.
That means we now have 2 Dystopian Wars Prussian Sky Fortresses in stock.
Along with restocks of a few games and dice bags, we now have Scotland Yard, an older game, in stock for the first time. Also the brand new game, Tanto Cuore a deck building game where you try to be “King of Maids”. Why yes, it is from Japan. Why do you ask?
Yu-gi-oh players will note that the Duelist Packs Crow just arrived.
This morning we signed a lease. July 1, we will open at 491 Old York Rd in Jenkintown (right next to the IHOP).
We just got our shipment of material for Free RPG Day.
Any GM running an event will get a second item from the box. GMs, please sign up on our Facebook Event. GMs without a Facebook account can post here, and we’ll copy over the info.
This Saturday we are hosting the Call of Cthulhu LCG Regional Qualifier. The event is free to all entrants who bring a deck ready to play.

- Monday: 5:00 Well, this message went out a little late for that.
- Tuesday: Open board games all evening.
- Wednesday: the figure painters will be working. Magic players will be having a draft – registration at 6:30. We will be using 1 pack from each set in the Scars of Mirrodin Block.
- Thursday: Legend of the 5 Rings CCG
- Friday: 6:30 Friday Night Magic, Type II Standard
- Saturday: Warhammer 40k and Spartan Games in the morning; WoW TCG. Open board games in the evening.
- Sunday: Flames of War escalation, first day at 1750 points.
We finally got a copy of Asara, which has just been nominated for Spiel des Jahres (German Boardgame of the Year), we already had the other two nominees on the shelf. Expansions for Chaos in the Old World and Twilight Imperium arrived today. We now have card sleeves with Zombies saying “Mmmm Brains” on them for use with your favorite CCG. Plus the usual assortment of goodies.
