The Game of Thrones (2nd Edition) board game arrived today along with the Quarriors Rise of the Demons (the expansion). Both are in demand, you should probably stop in and buy them today!
Restocks arrived today for Panic Station, Hinterlands, Magnifico and the Walking Dead.
The Flames of War group met to celebrate Tanksgiving today. They fought in both Africa and Europe. In the end, the Allies were victorious, 116 to 113.
This Thursday is Thanksgiving and the store will be closed. We will be open at noon on Friday, feel free to come by for a pick up game of whatever you want.
We have both T-shirts and Polo shirts with the store logo on them for those of you who are interested.
Miniature players, please note we have just brought in Malifaux. Anyone getting a game in this Monday or Tuesday will get one free Mexican Coke. Going forward we hope to make either Monday or Tuesday a regular night for Malifaux.
We are going to try to make Monday night Magic Drafts an ongoing thing.
We have two discount programs, both rely on you keeping your receipts. Any time you have a receipt for at least $70 of product at full price, or multiple receipts that add up to $70 of product at full price, bring them in for a 10% discount on your next purchase. We’ll mark the receipts as used, so they can’t be used again.
The second program is called First Teacher. Buy a game and be the first person to teach that game to another customer in the store. Let us mark your receipt to show that you taught the game. The next game you buy, you’ll get a 20% discount. The list of games no longer eligible is here.

We are proud to announce Tanukifest 2011, a weekend-long L5R event of epic proportions with the following schedule:
Friday – Dec. 2 6:00 pm – BigDeck tournament – $5
Saturday – Dec. 3 10:00 am – Level 10 Storyline determine an Imperial Explorer – $15
Sunday – Dec. 4 10:00 am – Winner’s Choice – $10
Prizes for the top 4 will be Emperor Edition cards – they will be mailed out as soon as the set releases.

On-site registration for each event will start 1 hour prior to each event.
