This Thursday is Thanksgiving and the store will be closed. We will be open at noon on Friday, feel free to come by for a pick up game of whatever you want.

We have both T-shirts and Polo shirts with the store logo on them for those of you who are interested.

Miniature players, please note we have just brought in Malifaux. Anyone getting a game in this Monday or Tuesday will get one free Mexican Coke. Going forward we hope to make either Monday or Tuesday a regular night for Malifaux.

We are going to try to make Monday night Magic Drafts an ongoing thing.

We have two discount programs, both rely on you keeping your receipts. Any time you have a receipt for at least $70 of product at full price, or multiple receipts that add up to $70 of product at full price, bring them in for a 10% discount on your next purchase. We’ll mark the receipts as used, so they can’t be used again.

The second program is called First Teacher. Buy a game and be the first person to teach that game to another customer in the store. Let us mark your receipt to show that you taught the game. The next game you buy, you’ll get a 20% discount. The list of games no longer eligible is here.

Tanukifest 2011

We are proud to announce Tanukifest 2011, a weekend-long L5R event of epic proportions with the following schedule:

Friday – Dec. 2 6:00 pm – BigDeck tournament – $5
Saturday – Dec. 3 10:00 am – Level 10 Storyline determine an Imperial Explorer – $15
Sunday – Dec. 4 10:00 am – Winner’s Choice – $10

Prizes for the top 4 will be Emperor Edition cards – they will be mailed out as soon as the set releases.

Pre-registration is now open. You can call the store with a credit card or send cash via Paypal to 7thDimensionGames@gmail.com

On-site registration for each event will start 1 hour prior to each event.

Registration for the event is capped at the first 64 players to pay for the event. If the event sells out, registration can be transferred, but not refunded.

All money not going to (the little) overhead is going into PRIZES. You’ve already seen the +1F Sake tokens, but we have other unique prizes, too: the winners of each of these events will also (among other things) win exclusive playmats depicting Brandon Leach’s Tsubo the Drunk from the Liquid Courage card… and we have more surprises to come!

We still have some Secret Sealed Special envelopes. Make a $20, or more, purchase and we will give you a sealed envelope (maximum of one envelope will be given out per person per day). Bring it back (still sealed) during December and receive the discount or free item listed in the envelope. One lucky person will get a 40% discount for their day’s purchases. Offer is extended until we run out of envelopes.

This Saturday and Sunday we will be celebrating our 2 year anniversary. There will be give-aways (must be present to win) and the Secret Sealed Special.
