We finally got a copy of Asara, which has just been nominated for Spiel des Jahres (German Boardgame of the Year), we already had the other two nominees on the shelf. Expansions for Chaos in the Old World and Twilight Imperium arrived today. We now have card sleeves with Zombies saying “Mmmm Brains” on them for use with your favorite CCG. Plus the usual assortment of goodies.

Tuesday: 5:00 Yu-gi-oh tournament. Open board games all evening.
Wednesday: the figure painters will be working. Magic players are welcome to bring in their EDH, Vintage or Legacy decks for casual play.

Friday: 6:30 Friday Night Magic, Two Headed Giant Type II Standard
Saturday: Warhammer 40k and Spartan Games in the morning; WoW TCG. Open board games in the evening.
Sunday: Warmachine
Today’s small shipment included a restock of Nightfall and things to put your cards in.
For D&D: The Shadowfell: Gloomwrought and Beyond; for Pathfinder: Ultimate Magic; for Dust Tactics: Special Ops; for boardgamers, we have restocked 7 Wonders amd a few other things.
We have a Prussian Airship back in stock, along with some new Dystopian figures. Figures from Game of Thrones for use in your RPGs, a general restock of dice sets and a copy of FUDGE.
The Mondays experiment is still ongoing – we are now open from 5PM to 9PM. We haven’t had enough of a crowd to convince us to that we need to be open 7 days a week. If you have any activity that you want to run, feel free to see if Monday is the right day to do it.
Saturday morning we had another Dystopian Wars game at the store.
Saturday is the next Shadowfist Saturday. That same day at 1, Bob Fanelli will be running a 1930s Adventure Game, using a home brewed system. In North Africa, each player will control a small band of adventurers out for glory, gold or political advantage.
