7th Dimension Games

We have signed a new lease for 357 Easton Rd, Glenside PA 19038. We will be moving sometime during September, watch for future notices. The new store will have a front and back door, so if someone has someone a cow bell or other kind of bell to hang from the doors as an entry bell, I’d like to use it.

Tuesday will be a World of Warcraft Battleground sealed deck tournament. Each of the four Tuesdays in August will be a different format. The most points collected will win a WoW playmat.

There is a not a Magic Draft this week.

Saturday, Lovell will be starting a Mutant and Masterminds RPG. If you are interested in joining, please let me know.

Flames of War and Warmachine are competing for some of the same players. So, we are alternating Sundays. Aug 8th will be Warmachine. Note, if you want to come and play the other game, feel free to do so – but arrange an opponent before coming out.

Upcoming Events

On August 14 we will be hosting a used board game auction. Any game you care to sell will earn you store credit for the full amount of the game. Starting on August 7th, you can drop off your game to display it and start a silent auction.

August 21 is Shadowfist Saturday.

Sunday August 22 is the next Warmachine Tournament. It will be 25 points.

Wednesday night, the figure painters will be working. The D&D Encounters are at 6.

Thursday, we will be playing Legends of the 5 Rings.

Flames of War and Warmachine are competing for some of the same players. So, we are alternating Sundays. This Sunday is Flames of War. Note, if you want to come and play the other game, feel free to do so – but arrange an opponent before coming out.

Note, the Hordes Softcover comes out this week. Send me a quick note if I should hold a rulebook for you.

The Settlers of America came out last week – it is the newest variation on Catan. I’d love to hear from someone that has played it to see how well it works.

Friday is the release event for Magic 2011. $30 will get you 7 packs, and a chance to win additional packs and other prizes. Timeline: 6:30 Registration. 7:00 Deck construction. 7:45 announce pairings for round 1.

Our numbers for the D&D Encounters have dropped off. If you are interested, please come out on Wednesday so that we don’t cancel future events.

This is the last week of Eldrazi for the Magic Draft this week.

Sunday is Shadowfist Sunday. A number of players couldn’t make the regular Saturday, so it is moved this month.
