Two weeks of new games

  • Photosynthesis – Players use the sun to plant seeds and grow trees, then cut them down for points. The game has no luck, just strategic planting.
  • Codenames Duet – This is a cooperative version of the original Codenames, where players will take turns giving clues to fully reveal the agents – but avoid the multiple assassins.
  • Torres – Players are strategically building castles on the board using action cards.
  • Lisboa – In this complex strategy game, players rebuild Lisboa by playing event cards to trigger actions that let them manage money, influence and goods and to engage in politics, trade and building.
  • Flamme Rouge – Players control two bicycal riders in this fast-paced, card drive, tactical racing game.
  • Wasteland Express – Players outfit their truck, get loaded for bear, hire some allies, get paid, and just keep on truckin’ in this post-apocalyptic delivery game.
  • Bunny Kingdom – Players draft cards to provide resources, build cities to increase your influence, and plan strategy, leading their clan of rabbits to glory.
  • Seikatsu – Players build a shared garden, scoring for the birds and flowers they place.
  • Custom Heroes – A new twist on a trick game where the cards are being modified constantly.
  • NMBR 9 – Players try to place their numbers on the highest levels to earn the most victory points.
  • Wood & Water – Players are hunters catch animals by playing the correct weapon and ammunition card for the animal found in this space.
  • Jim Henson’s Labyrinth: The Board Game – Goblins! – Expansion that adds Goblins to the game.
  • Ascension: Alliances – Expansion to add teams to the game.
  • Star Wars: Rebellion – Rise of the Empire – Expansion includes new leaders, missions and tactics.
  • Harry Potter: Hogwarts Battle – The Monster Box of Monsters Expansion – Expansion adds new rules and adventures for players that have finished all the original adventures.

Ixalan Prereleases

On Saturday September 16th, we will be hosting Magic Open House. Come in and learn the basics of Magic! This is a free event.


7th Dimension Games will be running 6 prereleases for Hour of Devastation September 23rd & 24th. Each player will get 6 packs of Ixalan, a rare card that is foil with the date stamped on it and a spin down die. From those packs they must construct a deck and play in the tournament.

Sign up is $30 per player per event.

  • Saturday 12:01 AM (Just after Friday midnight)
  • Saturday 9AM – doors open at 8:30; tickets available at the door.
  • Saturday Two Headed Giant at 2PM; tickets available at the door.
  • Saturday 6PM – event is full!

Sunday at noon we’ll be running 5 rounds, you must go 3-2 or better to win packs. The other 4 events will be our flat payout of 1 prize pack per round won.

Two headed Giant will be a 3 round event – everyone gets a prize pack, and 1 additional prize pack per player per round won.

Players that pay at least a week in advance get a free pack of sleeves and a drink.

Star Wars Desiny

September 2nd, at 1PM, will we be holding our next Star Wars Destiny event! A $5 entry includes a participation booster for everyone that plays all the rounds.

  • All players get an alternate are Guard card.
  • Top 4 players get their choice of an alternate art Finn or acrylic tokens.

  • Frogriders – A tactical family game of mock battle with elves
  • Skyward – A beautiful game where you build an airborne city by carefull card selection.
  • Nanofictionary – Players tell stories using the fragments of plots they gathered on cards. The best story wins.
  • Sticky Chameleons – A dexterity game that uses your sticky tongue to grab the right bugs to eat.
  • Captain Sonar: Upgrade One adds five new scenarios, two new weapons, eight erasable markers, and different ways to play the Captain and Radio Operator roles.

Used RPGs and Games

We just bought a previously owned collection of books and games. We have priced them based on what we believe is fair market value. The collection includes GURPS expansions, Rolemaster expansions books and 3rd and 4th edition D&D books.

X-Wing Tournament

Saturday, 8/26 at 1 PM we are having our next X-Wing event. This is a standard 100 point tournament. Buy in is $5 of store credit.

Prizes are:

  • Participation: Crack shot alternate art

Smash Up All Stars!

Saturday, August 12th, at 1PM, we will be running a special event for Smash Up giving away a new faction of All Stars. The event costs $10 and we only have room for 8 people! You can pay online or in store to have us hold your seat.

The winner will receive a Smash Up bag with wooden tokens to track your points.

After you play your first game, we will give you the new faction pack.

If you are late, we will try to sell your seat and reimburse you.

Mystic Vale Event Kit!

We will be running a special event for Mystic Vale giving away limited edition promo cards. Event costs $5 and we only have room for 8 people! You can pay online or in store to have us hold your seat.

To get all the special items, you will have to play at least 4 games. We will NOT be giving out any items to people that don’t play.

If you are late, we will try to sell your seat and reimburse you.

Warmachine Steamroller

Sunday, the 23rd, we will have our next Steamroller

  • Start time: Registration starts at 11:00am, dice roll at 12:00pm.
  • Prizes: Players that finish with a positive record get store credit.
  • Entry Fee: $10, with $2 going to the terrain fund.
  • Army Lists: 75 points with 20 points of Specialists. No Divide & Conquer, so the second list is optional. Baseline character restrictions, so you cannot bring Wurmwood in both of your lists.
  • Number of Rounds: 3-4, depending on turn out.
  • Round/Turn lengths: We will be using the Deathclock variant (60 minutes). Deployment is on the clock.
  • Scoring: We will use the Control Point variant for final standings.
  • Scenarios: Steamroller 2017 Beta
  • Painting: No painting requirement.
